<p>Under the direction of the Executive Director, and in cooperation and liaison with the LEA Director of Formation, the various Regional Directors of Lutheran schooling within Australia and their relevant leaders of Christian Studies, and other leaders in the church, the incumbent is required to manage the CSCF review project process including: </p><p>a) Ensuring project milestones are met<br />b) Conducting team and planning meetings<br />c) Liaising with Christian Studies leaders across Lutheran education and experts in the international Lutheran community and ecumenically<br />d) Providing reports on project progress as required<br />e) Ensuring project timeline and budget are adhered to<br />f) Managing project documentation<br />g) Optimising processes and team productivity</p>
