Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a part-time Pastoral Administration Assistant on a fixed term contract for the 2024 school year while we review our pastoral structure, however this position does have the potential for permanency in the future. Working 30 hours per week (4 days) over 41 weeks (Term weeks + Week 0).

<p>The Pastoral Administration Assistant will provide pro-active and quality administrative support across the pastoral team which includes the Directors of Middle Years and Senior Years, Year Level Leaders, and the Pathways Learning Leader. They will work collaboratively to support students across a wide range of pastoral and curriculum activities and events. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We envision an experienced, organised, and efficient administrative professional with a heart for customer service, who is passionate about supporting students on their journey through secondary education. Experience and ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy administrative role is a must, as is the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.</p><p><b>Applications close promptly COB Monday 4 December 2023.
