<p><b>ABOUT US: </b></p> <p>Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Flexible Schools Ltd educates over 2,200 young people in 22 Flexible Learning Schools (12 based in Queensland and 10 other schools across Australia) and serves young people who experience complex educational, social or psychological situations which demand unique responses. As such, 2023 is a time of transition and establishment, with a need for the development of new teams, structures, processes and systems.</p> <p><b>ABOUT THE ROLE: </b></p> <p>The Principal is the delegated leader of the School, is responsible for providing operational leadership and oversight of the School, and holds delegated responsibility from the Regional Director in the areas of Safeguarding, Learning and Pedagogy, Risk, Compliance and HR. The Principal will also lead in the areas of Formation, Identity, Finance, and Land and Infrastructure.</p> <p>The Principal is the direct line manager for onsite staff, and reports directly to the Regional Director.
