You will be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing pertinent and meaningful reporting and information on your schools.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The successful candidate will be accountable for:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Partnering with the School leadership team to ensure the effective functioning of the School&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Managing the day to day business, financial and administrative functions of the School and working with CSPD/CEO functional units to ensure smooth daily operations&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordinating the effective management of school non-teaching human resources to support the learning agenda&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ensuring up-keep and improvement of physical assets such as buildings, plant, ICT and equipment, (including maintaining asset registers). Enabling uninterrupted use of equipment/facilities which are fit for purpose</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordinating the preparation and monitoring of operating (opex) and capital (capex) budgets.
