<p><strong>St Columba’s Catholic Primary School, Yeoval<br> Co-educational, years K-6</strong><strong><br> Permanent Part Time Position 70 hpf<br> Commencing: 30 January 2024<br> Pay Rate: From $34.74 per hour<br></strong></p> <p><br><strong>About the Role<br></strong>The Finance and Clerical Assistant plays a crucial role in shaping the first impressions of our school, serving as the initial point of contact for students, parents, and visitors alike. Positioned at the heart of the school’s daily administration activities, this position reports directly to and collaborates closely with the Principal to ensure a welcoming and efficient front office environment.</p> <p>With responsibilities ranging from managing phone calls and emails, to assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to students and staff, the Front Office Administrator is vital in maintaining an organised and positive atmosphere within the school.
