Endeavour College is seeking to appoint a part-time Student Wellbeing Receptionist for the 2024 school year (parental leave contract). Working 35 hours per week over 41 weeks (Term weeks + Week 0), 8.00am - 3.30pm Monday to Friday. While advertised as one position, we are open to hear from candidates wanting to work 2 or 3 days per week and interested in a job-share opportunity.

<p>The Student Wellbeing Receptionist is responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks to support our counselling staff, the functioning and flow of the Well, student wellbeing, adaptive education and pastoral activities across the College. They will also support the provision of optimal wellbeing for Endeavour College students by maintaining a welcoming environment, and providing basic triage and support to students accessing the Well.&nbsp;</p> <p>We envision a well rounded and caring individual with experience in a similar role, with a heart for customer service. They should be passionate about working with students on their journey through secondary education, have experience working both independently and as part of a team, with the ability to organise, prioritise and deliver on tasks.</p> <p></p> <p><b>Applications close promptly COB Monday 4 December 2023.
