As part of the mission of the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Parramatta, the Training, Compliance & Accreditation Specialist is accountable for coordinating and managing operational aspects in relation to mandatory training, peer review, teacher accreditation and professional learning.

We are always on the lookout for top talent to help us achieve our strategic goal of inspiring the future, through quality catholic schooling and by strengthening the professional lives of our employees.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordinating and ensuring all operational matters in relation to mandatory training and teacher accreditation for schools and office staff and teams&nbsp;</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Work with our data team to monitor and maintain mandatory training dashboards to ensure staff complete required training</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ensuring school and system based professional learning meets standards and is reported to the appropriate accreditation body&nbsp;</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing support, advice and feedback to staff in relation to mandatory training, and teacher accreditation&nbsp;</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Designing and delivering professional learning in relation to mandatory training and accreditation</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working collaboratively with other Learning and relevant CSPD teams on processes related to accreditation and training</p></li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Understanding of NESA accreditation and professional development requirements</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Skilled in using databases and contemporary business software such as Google suite and Excel</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ability to interpret and evaluate education and training data</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Exceptional communication skills</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Capacity to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders</p></li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in education or a related field</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">A teaching qualification is desirable</p></li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
