<p>&nbsp;The Food Technology Teacher will work with the Head of Design and Technology, and other teachers to develop engaging curriculum in line with the requirements of the Australian Curriculum and to follow the College’s assessment and reporting guidelines. This role is specific to front of house VET hospitality training.</p> <p>The position will need to exhibit a personal commitment to the mission and vision of St Virgil's College and work within the confines of Commonwealth Privacy legislation.</p> <p><b>The Key Selection Criteria that will be used to select the successful applicant include</b>:</p> <p>1. Demonstrated understanding and respect for the Catholic educational philosophy of St Virgil's College.</p> <p>2. Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and deliver both theory and practical application in food and Hospitality that enhance educational outcomes for boys.</p> <p>3. Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to teach within the specified subject areas.</p> <p>4. Demonstrated understanding of the major educational issues impacting upon boys</p> <p>5.
