School Marketing Officer (permanent part-time)

An experienced & qualified School Marketing Officer is needed at Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, Pymble on a permanent part-time basis.

<p><b>About the Role</b></p>
<p>To support our Towards 2025 Strategy, we are seeking a permanent, part-time (0.4FTE) <b>School Marketing Officer</b> to work <b>2 days a week</b> at <b>Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School, Pymble</b>.</p>
<p>Please note this role will be required to work throughout the school holidays.</p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Preparing, reviewing, executing and measuring an annual marketing plan and monitoring the school’s marketing budget</li>
<li>Developing innovative and exciting digital and offline marketing and promotion strategies and activities that drive enquiry and directly correlate with student enrolment growth, communicate a compelling value proposition, and enhance the brand and reputation of the school</li>
<li>Continuously improving the school’s online presence and visual identity, including increased use of engaging video content</li>
<li>With support from CSBB’s Community Engagement Manager, acquire, analyse and use data, analytics and insights to optimise marketing initiatives and events</li>
</ul>
<p><b>About You</b></p>
<p>As the ideal candidate you must be supportive of the Catholic ethos and have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a similar marketing role (education/not-for-profit industry experience is a bonus!)</li>
<li>Solid digital marketing experience</li>
<li>Experience in photography and videography including editing of photos and video</li>
<li>Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications are highly desirable</li>
<li>A customer service mindset</li>
<li>Excellence in active listening, collaborating with others and being open to different perspectives</li>
<li>A creative flair for design with a sound understanding of contemporary design principles</li>
<li>The ability to balance projects and manage competing demands</li>
<li>A valid Working With Children Check and current NSW Drivers Licence.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>New position on COVID-19 vaccinations</b></p>
