Matrix Education is now hiring Campus Managers to join the Matrix Growth Unit to optimise our sales and operational function.

<p>Matrix Education is now hiring full time Campus Managers to lead our Strathfield, Hurstville or Epping campus.</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p>As a Campus Manager, you will manage the success of your Matrix campus through leading your service team, while delivering operational excellence on site to hundreds of students and parents every week.</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p>The role will report to the Customer Service Manager and forms part of Matrix Growth Team, which plays an key role in assisting the business realise its growth ambitions by optimising its sales functions with data backed decision making.</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p>The regular working week for this role is Tuesday through to Saturday, as we trade seven days.</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p>This role is ideal for a professional with retail or sales experience seeking the next step in their sales and growth career. Expertise and experience in the education sector, including teaching, will be highly regarded.</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p><b>What you’ll do… </b></p><ul><li>Achieve the new business and retention targets of the business, </li><li>Implement promotional activities, and form partnerships within the community, boosting local awareness of Matrix Education, </li><li>Drive high performance within your team by providing continual feedback for growth and development, </li><li>Daily reporting to the Customer Experience Manager regarding customer, academic and campus related issues, </li><li>Overseeing the day to day management of the Matrix campus by your on site Service Team, </li><li>Campus resource management, in line with the campus budgets, </li><li>Build strong relationships with customers and other key stakeholders, </li><li>Liaising with the Academic Units in relation to class and enrolment management, </li><li>Build an excellent customer-focused culture with your on site team, </li><li>Drive high performance within your team by providing continual feedback for growth and development, </li><li>Task allocation and work flow management of your team, </li><li>Ad hoc administrative duties and any additional tasks as set by the Customer Experience Manager. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What you’ll need… </b></p><ul><li>Minimum two years experience in leading a high performing retail store or office site, </li><li>Demonstrated ability to define and execute ways to meet commercial KPIs, </li><li>Be a creative thinker who is passionate about figuring out new ways to improve a business, </li><li>Working knowledge and experience in using CRMs, </li><li>Sufficient financial acumen to understand and manage budgets, expenses and reports, </li><li>Self-starter with ability who is willing and able to get their hands dirty, </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and experience in leading a high performance team, </li><li>Outstanding written &amp; verbal communication skills, </li><li>Keen attention to detail, </li><li>Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven, </li><li>Availability to work on weekends. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>A few of our perks... </b></p><ul><li>Convenient campus locations across Sydney, </li><li>Modern, open-office environment, </li><li>Competitive remuneration rates, </li><li>Open and collaborative management team, </li><li>Amazing facilities, </li><li>Work with motivated and talented team, </li><li>Team outings and social events. </li></ul><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>About Matrix and the Growth Team... </b></p><ul><li>Private-equity backed education business (acquired February 2023), </li><li>Over 20 years of experience delivering the highest quality tuition services, with history of high-demand, premium offerings across Grades 3 – 12, </li><li>Currently 8,000&#43; students across 6 state-of-the-art campuses in Sydney, with scale ambitions for national expansion, </li><li>The Growth team will play an integral role in assisting the business realise its growth ambitions by optimising the marketing and sales functions of the core business with data backed decision making.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
