Commencement is for the 2024 school year. Experienced or graduate teachers are welcome to apply for this highly supported teaching position</p> <p>The successful applicant will need:</p> <ul> <li>strong knowledge of the relevant curriculum area&nbsp; (Music, STEM or Digital Technologies)</li> <li>ability to plan and implement engaging programs using knowledge of contemporary learning and teaching practices</li> <li>knowledge of, and demonstrated ability to, differentiate learning to meet the needs of students across a range of abilities</li> <li>awareness of the skills and strategies required when working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds</li> <li>passion for building strong partnerships and links between our families and school</li> <li>ability to work collaboratively with the specialist teacher team to support and contribute to the building of a professional learning culture</li> <li>willingness to be involved in all aspects of the school community</li> <li>evidence of ongoing personal and professional development</li> <li>strong commitment to Catholic education and Catholic identity</li> <li>accreditation to teach in a Catholic School (or a willingness to obtain future accreditation)</li> <li>knowledge of the AITSL Australian Professional Standards for Teachers</li> <li>adherence to St Clare's Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct and other policies relevant to Ministerial Order 1359</li> <li>current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching with an up to date Criminal Record check</li> </ul> <p></p> <p></p>
