<p><b>• Position of Leadership (POL 2) </b></p> <p><b>• Part time or Full time ongoing teaching position </b></p> <p><b>• Commencing at the start of the 2024 school year </b></p> <p>Damascus College invites applications for the position of leadership- Leader of Youth Ministry.</p> <p>In consultation with the Assistant Principal – Catholic School Culture, the Leader of Youth Ministry will be responsible for the continual development and promotion of the Catholic Identity of the College in the context of Catholic Schools Youth Ministry International (CSYMI). This includes the goals and intended outcomes for the College in general, as well as for students and families who participate in the program.</p> <p>The Leader of Youth Ministry will lead and continue the formation of the College’s Youth Ministry program and implement this within RE Curriculum.</p> <p>The Leader of Mission plays a key role in leading, shaping and managing the College’s strategic plan by developing practices in the following areas:</p> <p>● Learning and Teaching</p> <p>● Development of self and others</p> <p>● Leading improvement, innovation, and change</p> <p>● Administration and operational management</p> <p>● Engaging and working with the community</p> <p>Further information including the key selection criteria, can be located in the position description as listed on our website: <b><u>www.damascus.vic.edu.au</u></b></p> <p><b>Tenure:</b> This POL 2 position operates with the College’s POL cycle, which have three-year tenures.
