Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga are seeking an innovative and experienced Catholic leader with a collaborative leadership style for the role of Assistant Principal, Xavier High School, Albury.
Commencing Term 2, 2024 the successful Assistant Principal will be one who is committed to the Catholic faith and incorporates this in the values and behaviours of personal and community life.

</li><li>Appropriate post graduate academic qualifications for leadership in a Catholic school.
</li><li>Accreditation for Senior Leadership in a Catholic School <a href="https://sites-us.lumapps.com/a/cedww/intranet/evangelisation-religious-education/work-teach-lead" rel="nofollow">(Category E, Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead in Systemic Catholic Schools, Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga)</a> or working towards Accreditation.</li><li>Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate and drive improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice.
</li><li>Knowledge of current curriculum priorities and contemporary pedagogical practices with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning.
</li><li>Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the professional growth and performance of individuals and teams.
