Our Support Teams at CSPD provides exceptional service and support to partner with our schools and enable the achievement of their vision and purpose.</p> <p dir="ltr">Our ideal candidate will have significant experience in school or business operations with a focus in finance, using financial accounting systems such as TechnologyOne, and working closely with diverse groups of administrative staff. You will be comfortable in liaising with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing pertinent and meaningful reporting and information on each of your schools. However nearly all your time will be spent supporting a number of schools on their individual sites. More specifically you will be accountable for:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Providing high level operational finance support to school-based staff and developing, implementing and reviewing school finance procedures and processes</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Giving direction on school fees, billing and collections</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Analysing results and budgets and advising school staff on appropriate strategies for improved management including reforecasting</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working through procurement and contract issues with staff and central office</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Working with the school and central office managers on planning facilities issues (major and minor capital works)</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Assisting with school compliance to system policies &amp; procedures</p></li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>What you will bring:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful you will demonstrate alignment to our purpose and values, together with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Tertiary qualification in the relevant areas of study or</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Adaptability and an ability to navigate changing/transforming environments</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">The ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple schools</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">First rate attention to detail and compliance</p></li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">This position will bring you in contact or close proximity with students.
