<p>Applications are invited from teachers of EXCELLENCE who demonstrate the following:<br></p> <p><br> * A strong commitment to the ethos of Catholic education and the principles of Catholic Social Teachings;</p> <p>* An ongoing commitment to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care, in accordance with Ministerial Order 1359 of the Child Safe Standards;</p> <p>* A well-developed understanding of High Impact Teaching and Learning strategies that result in strong growth in learning for all students;</p> <p>* A demonstrated capacity to plan and deliver learning programs that are developmentally appropriate, personalised and enable students to have agency in their world;</p> <p>* A willingness to contribute to a culture of collective teacher efficacy and continual improvement;</p> <p>* The ability to develop strong, positive working relationships with students, parents, colleagues and the wider St Alipius community;</p> <p>* Be accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School (or be committed to obtain accreditation);</p> <p>* Be registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.</p> <p><br></p> <p>Please provide a cover letter and Curriculum Vitae (including the details of 3 references).&nbsp; Applicants also need to include a response to the Key Selection Criteria listed below:</p> <p><br></p> <p>1.
