ELC Team Leader

<p><b>The position </b></p>
<p>We welcome applications for a permanent full-time Team Leader to coordinate and lead the three-year-old room, commencing term 4, 2023. This is an amazing opportunity to join our Early Learning Centre located at Fullarton. If you have a passion for early childhood education within a faith based culture we are looking forward to meeting you. This role leads a team of one or two staff members with small class sizes of around 9 children, promoting meaningful connection with every student and their family. Reporting directly to and closely supported by the ELC Director you will work in collaboration with the ELC Teacher and other staff members to provide an exceptional service to the community. The Team Leader will be supported with an opportunity to be part of a mentoring program and programming time. <br></p>

<p>It is expected that applicants will: <br></p>

<li>Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or be working towards one. </li>
<li>Be committed to Christ and able to demonstrate active church involvement. </li>
<li>Assist in implementing activities that are developmentally appropriate. </li>
<li>Assist in meeting individual student needs within the spiritual, educational, care and recreational philosophy of the programme. </li>
<li>Demonstrate excellent professional and interpersonal relationship with students and families </li>
<li>Provide a Working With Children Check or be willing to obtain one. <br></li>
