<p><b>An Opportunity </b></p><p>Luther College seeks to appoint a talented Tier 2 IT Technical Support professional to provide Tier 2 technical and customer support to Luther College staff and students. This is an ongoing, full-time position working 48 weeks per year, commencing as soon as possible. </p><p>Tier 2 IT Technical Support will provide second level support to staff and students in the use of computer hardware and software, including Windows and Macintosh computers, Office365 applications, and notebook computers. This position reports directly to Head of IT Services. </p><p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team reporting to the Head of IT Services in a role that provides scope for growth and professional development. </p><p>Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.15am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.15am – 4.00pm. </p><p><b>About You </b></p><p>You are an aspiring Tier 2 Technical Support professional seeking the next step in your developing career.
