They will support in establishing and maintaining systems for the effective operation of the department and the management of school-based data for the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD). </p><p><br /></p><p><b>About You </b></p><ul><li>Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage competing tasks with a high level of attention to detail</li><li>Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and data base management</li><li>High level interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team</li><li>Flexibility and be able to operate effectively in a changing environment</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to their own professional learning to build capacity</li><li>Previous work in an educational setting would be advantageous but is not essential.</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of and experience working with the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) process in schools (desirable)</li><li>Understanding of and experience with supporting students with additional learning needs in an educational setting (advantageous)</li></ul><p>A current Working with Children Check (employee) and National Police Check are essential requirements for this position. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>This position is Fixed Term (till Dec 2023). Full time is preferable, part-time (4 days per week) may be considered.
