<p><b>Acting Head of Junior School<br /></b><b>Full time Position - Terms 2 – 4 2023<br /></b><b>Applications Close Friday, 31 March at 4.00 pm.</b></p><p>Broughton Anglican College is a Pre Kinder to Year 12 Christian School in the Macarthur region and provides exceptional educational opportunities to more than 1,400 students. Staff enjoy an innovative teaching environment with supportive peers, students and parents.</p><p>The Acting Head of the Junior School should be an outstanding Christian educator with a passion for, and understanding of, working with children. He / She should demonstrate the integration of an authentic Christian faith with learning and teaching to help students develop an understanding of the Gospel whilst adhering to the Christian ethos of the College. </p><p>The Acting Head of the Junior School is a member of the Executive which comprises the Head of College and the two Heads of Schools. The Acting Head of the Junior School reports to the Head of College directly in all matters related to the overview of Curriculum and Pastoral Care Programs within Junior School. He / She, with the other members of the Executive, is responsible for creating a distinctive high quality Christian educational environment reflecting the curriculum, professional and legislative needs of the College. </p><p>The Acting Head of the Junior School will lead the Junior School Management Team. </p><p>This position is a full-time position for Terms 2 – 4 of the 2023 academic year.
