PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: The role of the Administration Assistant is to provide clerical support to teachers, students and Administration of the Wagga Wagga Christian College. Other duties as requested by the Office Manager.

<p>• Minimum Certificate III in Office Management or Business Administration or relevant experience </p><p>• High level skills in – Microsoft Office Suite </p><p>• Excellent literacy, accuracy and attention to detail </p><p>• Excellent interpersonal skills with parents, staff and students – a welcome face to the College </p><p>• Highest commitment to privacy and confidentiality </p><p>• Ability to work as part of a team to create smooth workflow </p><p>• Personal time management and sound judgement to refer non-routine issues to supervisor and report adverse outcomes </p><p>• First Aid qualified (or ability to acquire a first aid certificate) </p><p>• Prior experience in reception and cash handling and use of office equipment </p><p>• Are an active committed Christian in regular attendance at Church </p><p><br /></p>
