The Administration Assistant: Compliance/Resource reports to the Business Leader. The role of the Administration Assistant: Compliance/Resources is to assist the Senior Leadership Team with compliance procedures and updates, human resource support and school administration.

<p><b>                                           Administration Assistant: Compliance/Resources</b></p><p>This position is 37.5 hours per week spread over five days, but this can be negotiated with the successful candidate. These hours apply to 42 weeks of the year, made up of 40 weeks of school term time plus, two weeks of school holiday time throughout the year.<br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities </b></p><p>The Administration Assistant: Compliance/Resources is employed as a support person within the school and is required to provide assistance to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with compliance systems, human resource support, and other areas of daily administration, database maintenance and communication.</p><p>This includes but is not limited to: </p><ul><li>maintaining a cooperative and collaborative working relationship with all staff</li><li>maintaining clear lines of communication </li><li>maintaining the school’s compliance management system, including updates</li><li>supporting the SLT with human resource documentation and communication</li><li>supporting with risk management documentation, particularly regarding school events, camps and excursions</li><li>supporting the SLT in daily communication and scheduling</li><li>updating and maintaining digital communications such as the school calendar, website, School App and Facebook page</li><li>updating and maintaining booking systems such as Eventbrite and Trybooking</li><li>providing administration support to the SLT</li><li>managing student and staff databases</li><li>supporting with policy and compliance enquiries</li><li>assisting with accidents and injuries in the school office</li><li>other duties as deemed appropriate for the role</li></ul><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
