Holy Cross Catholic Primary School is seeking a Receptionist to join our team.

<p>An exciting opportunity exists to become a member of the foundation staff for the new Holy Cross Catholic Primary School in Mickleham.</p><p>Holy Cross Catholic Primary School is an innovative, vibrant and dynamic Catholic school, in the fast growing area of Mickleham.</p><p>We are seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated and dynamic Receptionist/Office Duties. This is a Level 2 position under the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018.  The position will begin at the commencement of the 2023 school year.  The Position is for 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm). This position is currently advertised as a contract position but has the possibility of becoming ongoing.</p><p>The successful applicant would be required to;</p><ul><li>Be extremely flexible and well organised to cope with the demands of a busy new school office</li><li>Provide informed and friendly customer service to all students and parents/guardians </li><li>Run general administration of the school office, including reception duties (phone, emails and enquiries)</li><li>Support the School Bursar with the financial management of the school, also working in partnership with the Business Manager</li><li>Manage and maintain student services (enrolment and student records)</li></ul><h5><i>Please refer to the attached position description for a detailed outline of the responsibilities and key selection criteria.</i></h5><p><br /></p><p><b>Conditions of Employment</b><br /></p><p>The successful applicant must demonstrate a commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety, wellbeing and protection of children.</p><p>Experience in a school environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.</p><p>The appointment will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Record Check and Working With Children Check.</p><p>Employment is conditional upon compliance with the Holy Cross Catholic Primary School child Protection and Safety Policy and Child Safety Code of Conduct.</p><p><b>Application Procedures</b><br /></p><p>Applications should be made in writing and forwarded via email to the Principal, Mark Miatello, principal&#64;</p><p>Applications should contain the following: <br /></p><ul><li>Application for Employment at Holy Cross Catholic Primary School form </li><li>A Cover Letter, outlining a response to the selection criteria.</li><li>A Curriculum Vitae that includes 3 nominated referees, including the current employer. </li></ul><p>Applications close: at 4 pm on Friday 16th December 2022<br /></p><p><br /></p>
