South Coast Baptist College is seeking an experienced and visionary Christian Principal who has a passion to lead its college, comprising of a Childcare Centre, Primary School and Secondary School all housed on the same campus.

<p><b>PRINCIPAL </b></p><ul><li>Full Time </li><li>Start date Term 1 2023 or negotiable</li></ul><p><b>South Coast Baptist College</b></p><p>South Coast Baptist College (SCBC) has been a ministry of Rockingham Baptist Church since 1985, catering for over 1200 students and employing in excess of 200 staff. South Coast Baptist College equips and supports students as they strive for excellence in life, in a healthy, thriving, co-educational Christian community. SCBC takes a holistic approach to learning and encourages its students to engage with school physically, academically, spiritually, creatively and socially. As well as facilitating learning to help students achieve excellent academic results, it provides a range of specialist programs, extra-curricular activities and co-curricular programs across year groups to support a wide range of learning outcomes.</p><p><b>The Principal Role </b></p><p>The Successful applicant will be responsible for the operational objectives of the College as well as ensuring its long-term development and growth, and that students experience educational outcomes of the highest quality. </p><p>Reporting to the College Board this is an exciting time for an outstanding educational leader to embrace and build upon the strong pillars of a Christ-centred learning environment. Responsible for the provision of spiritual, educational, operational, industrial and financial leadership within the College, the new Principal will be a committed Christian with a desire to embrace the partnership between South Coast Baptist College and Rockingham Baptist Church. In addition, they will be required to deliver on the School’s Strategic Plan and School Improvement Plan, whilst always ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies. </p><p>The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced education professional with the passion and ability to lead a dynamic vision for teaching and learning that takes the school into the future.
