Chevalier College (NSW) seeks an experienced educator to join their team as Leader of Digital Technologies and Innovation

<p><strong>Chevalier College</strong>, a co-educational Catholic secondary school in Burradoo, New South Wales, was established in 1946 by the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart. The college promotes holistic education centred on compassion, respect, and community service, embodied in its motto, “Fortes in Fide” (Strong in Faith). Chevalier offers a diverse curriculum with academic and co-curricular activities, including sports, music, drama, and community service. The school’s strong pastoral care system supports individual student needs, complemented by modern facilities such as science labs and performing arts spaces. Emphasising social justice and leadership, Chevalier College nurtures well-rounded individuals, preparing them for academic success and responsible citizenship guided by integrity, compassion, and faith.</p><p>The <strong>Leader of Digital Technologies and Innovation</strong> mentors and supports teachers in building their capacity to use digital technologies to improve teacher practice in providing effective and differentiated instruction for all students. The primary objective of the Leader of Digital Technologies and Innovation is to facilitate the seamless integration of digital technologies and applications into the daily instructional and learning practices of all teachers.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Selection Criteria </strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lead and implement strategic digital innovation initiatives aligned with the College’s vision.</li><li>Experience in mentoring and supporting teachers to build digital skills and integrate technology in teaching.</li><li>Strong ability to collaborate with senior leaders and staff to foster a culture of collegiality and reflective practice.</li><li>Commitment to promoting healthy digital habits and responsible use of technology among students, families, and staff.</li><li>Experience in contributing to IT policy development and managing the implementation of technology infrastructure. </li><li>Commitment to Catholic Education and active support of Missionaries of the Sacred Heart values and ethos.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Chevalier College</strong> has zero tolerance for child abuse and is committed to providing a child safe environment where children and young people are safe and feel safe, as outlined in the Child Protection Policy.<strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Hutton Consulting Australia</strong> is partnering with<strong> Chevalier College</strong> in the search and selection process for this position.
