As a member of the CSO's leadership team, this role will promote effective collaboration between CSO, Diocesan and Shared Services colleagues, to deliver optimal outcomes for the school system.<br><br>This role leads the school improvement team in supporting and improving organisational culture, leadership and performance across schools and in delivering programs that provide a strong basis for growth. Through targeted interventions and effective collaboration with diocesan colleagues, this role will deliver overall growth and progress of the school system into the future and support schools to achieve continuous improvement in student educational outcomes.</p>
