The Head of Professional Growth will support the Director of Staff Services, Development and Community, and the broader Executive Team, to establish and maintain a strong professional learning culture for all staff in Roseville College

With oversight of the Professional Learning Groups, the Head of Professional Growth will be an Instructional Leader who focuses on consistent development of teacher quality, feedback, and growth for all teachers.
