Full time role in our ICT team for an experienced systems administrator. Friendly Christian environment, conveniently located next to the M4 at Penrith.

You will play a vital role working with both teachers and general staff to ensure efficiency and fluency is maintained in all systems.</p> <p>Key responsibilities of this role include creating dynamic flows and links between each platform ensuring ease of workflow, rectifying issues and problems, as well as identifying emerging needs and opportunities to innovate and develop. Part of this role will be working with the Head of Learning &amp; Teaching to develop business analytics dashboards to inform improvement of teaching and learning programs.</p> <p><br></p> <p></p> <p><b>About You </b></p> <p>We are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and collaborative candidate who is a committed Christian, actively involved in their local church. You will thrive in a busy environment and are able to effectively plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.</p> <p>Along with a current Working with Children Check and a formal qualification in Computer Science (or similar), you will need to be able to demonstrate the following: </p> <p>• Previous experience in database management.</p> <p>• Experience with school student management/information systems highly desirable.</p> <p>• Experience in writing and using SQL queries.</p> <p>• Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies – Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI, Azure AD.</p> <p>• Data analytics experience.</p> <p>• Knowledge of computer troubleshooting, networking, Microsoft server technologies (Eg Active Directory).</p> <p>• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</p> <p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> <p>• Initiate and lead continuous improvement.</p> <p>• Problem solving and outside of the box thinking.</p> <p>• Flexibility plus the ability to work under pressure and within tight timeframes.</p> <p>• Excellent attention to detail.</p> <p><br></p> <p><b>Benefits </b></p> <p>We offer:</p> <p>• Staff discount on school fees</p> <p>• Opportunity for salary sacrifice purchases as well as novated leasing</p> <p>• Access to extensive resources and state of the art facilities as part of an ELC-Year 12 school</p> <p>• Experienced team of education professionals</p> <p>• Competitive salary</p> <p><br></p> <p><b>Applications close 4.00pm Wednesday 13 December 2023 </b></p> <p><br></p> <p><b>How to apply</b></p> <p>Only applicants who complete the official Employment Application form will be considered.
