font-size: 11pt">a knowledge of and commitment to the Catholic ethos and mission of the school.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">experience in working with children with special needs, including children on the autistic spectrum</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">awareness of the needs of students with diagnosed allergies and training in the use of EpiPen</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">ability to assist students in all aspects of the curriculum, implement programs, document student adjustments and support students in the College Structured Work Place Learning Program</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">practical knowledge and experience in trade industries (Automotive; Construction; Electrotechnology; Furniture Making; Manufacturing &amp; Engineering; Plumbing) would be an advantage</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">practical knowledge and experience in service industries (Aged Care;&nbsp;Business Services; Early Childhood Education &amp; Care; Hospitality; Information Technology; Retail Services;
