<p>This Ongoing position commences on Monday 29th January 2024.<br></p> <p>The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following specific criteria:</p> <ul> <li>a passion for Catholic Education</li> <li>a commitment to the wellbeing of students</li> <li>a demonstrated ability to be an effective team member</li> <li>a willingness to implement a Science of Learning approach to teaching</li> <li>a commitment to high quality&nbsp;learning&nbsp;and teaching practice</li> <li>a commitment to ongoing professional learning</li> <li>the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents</li> <li>an understanding of the Child Safe Standards</li> </ul> <p>Special requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Victorian Institute of Teaching registration</li> <li>accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School will be an advantage</li> <li>a willingness to actively contribute to and be part of school and Parish life</li> <li>a commitment to working in collaboration with St Mary's College for the Deaf to cater for the specific needs of students who are deaf or hard of hearing</li> </ul>
