<p>Reporting to the General Manager, Mission Integration, you will be responsible for integrating and supporting Mission programs and services across the organisation to facilitate the positive spiritual wellbeing of all residents and clients aligned with our Mission and Values and building and maintaining trusted relationships and partnerships within the Catholic Community.</p>
<p>Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills together with your natural partnering ability will aid your success in this integral position.</p>
<p>Your role will include;</p>
<ul>
<li>Promoting and supporting Wellbeing programs, guiding and supporting the Pastoral Care/Spiritual Wellbeing team members across all service streams to facilitate spiritual wellbeing</li>
<li>Developing and maintaining effective relationships with the Catholic Community to facilitate our new strategy initiate - Catholic Connected Communities</li>
<li>Actively contributing to the development and delivery of Spiritual Wellbeing programs and services</li>
<li>The ideal applicant has a proactive and organised approach, highly effective communication skills with the ability to influence and confidently engage with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
<p>Additionally, you will have;</p>
<ul>
<li>Tertiary qualification in religious education, pastoral care, theology, pastoral counselling, psychology, chaplaincy, or equivalent</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to engage and manage people build relationships and problem solve</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in the provision of spiritual /pastoral care services</li>
<li>Spiritual maturity and ability to appreciate differing value systems, beliefs, and practices</li>
<li>Ability to lead and adapt in response to change</li>
<li>Ability to engage and participate in complex discussions and decision making</li>
<li>Understanding of the Catholic tradition, the sacraments and liturgical life of the Catholic Church</li>
<li>Understanding the spiritual journey within the ageing process providing for inclusion and valuing of all people</li>
<li>Ability to provide evidence of Covid 19 Immunisations</li>
<li>Drivers Licence - some travel across NSW required with this position</li>
