You will be responsible for the day to day student management of the Glenroy campus and is a layer of support between the Year Level Coordinators and Deputy Principal, Head of Glenroy Campus.</p> <p>The Coordinator of Students can be allocated to any bi-year level (7 and 8, 9 and 10, or 11 and 12) at either campus depending on the needs of the College.</p> <p>Please note an ongoing teaching appointment is attached to the position.</p> <h4>About You</h4> <p>To be successful you will be an innovative and engaging leader, with a passion for the pastoral care of students. You will be able to demonstrate and model contemporary teaching practice: understanding how students ‘learn best’ and have a demonstrated knowledge of the Australian curriculum frameworks and have a demonstrated capacity to provide leadership that is characterised by a desire for continuous improvement, lateral thinking and innovation, holding team members to account where necessary.
