<p><b>Location: </b>St John XXIII Catholic College (Secondary)</p> <p dir="ltr">The St John XXIII Catholic College is seeking a School Customer Service Officer to serve the business and clerical requirements of the school.</p> <p dir="ltr">Our ideal candidate is someone who is both comfortable - working independently and&nbsp;collaboratively, who communicates easily with team members, accepts feedback and critique as tools to improve, and most of all is ready to grow into an exceptional and critical member of our team.</p> <p dir="ltr">The Administration Officer Level 4 is accountable for:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">A wide range of professional support, administration, secretarial and clerical duties, including typing, word processing, data entry, maintaining email and computerised records, database information, Undertaking reception and general office duties;</li> <li dir="ltr">Responding to enquiries from students, parents, employees, and the general public;</li> <li dir="ltr">Providing administrative support and general correspondence;</li> <li dir="ltr">Word processing of routine correspondence, including internal and external publications;</li> <li dir="ltr">Other duties as assigned by the Principal and/or delegate.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Requirements of the applicant:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Previous school administration experience</li> <li dir="ltr">Good communication skills both written and verbal</li> <li dir="ltr">Working with Children Check with paid work</li> <li dir="ltr">Enjoys collaborative team and autonomous work&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CEDP’s Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.</p> <p dir="ltr">CEDP promotes the safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
