font-size: 11pt">understanding of childhood development and the issues pertinent to children/young people. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">confidence, ability and experience to communicate and work with children/young people. </span></li> <li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
