font-size: 11pt">Persons holding a formal qualification (Certificate IV or above) in a related field (eg, Theology/ Nursing/Policing, etc) which includes components dealing with mental health and client referrals are deemed to meet the minimum qualifications.</span></p> <ul> <li> <p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11pt">Teachers, social workers, counsellors or psychologists in training are also deemed to meet the minimum qualifications.</span></p></li> <li> <p dir="ltr"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
