<p><b>Director - Educational Support Services - Full time, ongoing, commencing Term 1, 2024 </b></p>
<p>Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably qualified and experienced applicant to the position of Director -Educational Support Services. This full time, ongoing position will commence Term 1 2024</p>
<p>This is a key curriculum leadership position. The major purpose of this role is to meet the learning needs of students in receipt of special assistance Australian Government funding and also other Aquinas students who have learning challenges. The preferred candidates will be enthusiastic and keen to engage with Aquinas College students and their families.</p>
<p>The successful applicant:</p>
<ul>
<li>Will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children</li>
<li>Will demonstrate knowledge of current practice, trends and research within the area of Inclusive Education</li>
<li>Will demonstrate capacity to build and maintain effective teams and develop co-operative and constructive working relationships that promote quality teaching and learning practices</li>
<li>Will develop policy practices that meet Australian and State Government targeted funding requirements and expectations such as the NCCD</li>
<li>Will have excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Will have qualifications appropriate to the role</li>
<li>Will have current VIT Registration.</li>
</ul>
