<p><b>About You</b></p>
<p>Are you an educator who believes in nurturing every child’s potential? St John Vianney is looking for a compassionate and skilled Diverse Learning Teacher to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in creating an inclusive and supportive environment that caters to the unique learning needs of our students.</p>

<p>To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to:</p>
<p><br></p>
<p><b>Manage the PP Tool</b>: Take charge of our Personalised Planning Tool, a cornerstone in mapping the educational journey of our students</p>
<p><br></p>
<p><b>Create Individualised Learning Plans</b>: Craft tailored Learning Plans for students identified in the National Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD), setting the stage for every learner to achieve their best and show growth</p>
<p><br></p>
<p><b>Collaborate with Stakeholders</b>: Work in partnership with students, staff and parents, fostering a strong partnership that underpins the educational and emotional development of our students</p>
<p><br></p>
<p><b>Liaise with Specialists</b>: Establish a rapport with specialists and interpret their reports to seamlessly integrate their recommendations into the students’ learning plans, ensuring that all educational needs are met</p>
<p><br></p>
<p><b>Teaching Diverse Learners</b>: Your dedication to teaching diverse learners will not only reflect in the academic achievements of our students but also in their wellbeing.</p>

<p><b>You will have attained:</b></p>
<p><br></p>
<p>a tertiary qualification in education with a special education endorsement or equivalent experience</p>
<p>demonstrated proficiency in catering to diverse learning needs</p>
<p>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</p>
<p>an Employee ID registration number with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) or a commitment to Register to Teach in SCS</p>
