<p>St Fidelis Catholic Primary School, is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and suitably qualified leader to join our community in the position of Literacy Leader.<br></p> <p></p> <p>While the offer of employment is of a fixed&nbsp; nature, the tenure of the appointment of Literacy Leader will be for a period of two years. The commencement date of the position is for 29th January 2024.<br></p> <p></p> <p>We anticipate applicants will have already held a Position of Leadership as a Literacy Leader previously and preferably engaged in further studies in the area of Literacy.</p> <p>This position of Literacy Leader will be required to have some understanding of or knowledge of Lyn Sharrats work and pedagogical model "The Waterfall Assessment Framework", an understanding of data driven instruction and Fountas and Pinnell.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Literacy Leader will have had previous experience facilitating planning with teams from F-6, monitoring literacy outcomes, tracking data, planning for intervention, co-ordinating NAPLAN and other literacy duties as directed by the Principal or the Teaching and Learning Leader.</p> <p>The successful applicant will have VIT full registration and be accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school.
