<p><b>Location: </b>Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the role:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are seeking a Senior Project Officer to join our dedicated team in the Wellbeing Directorate at Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese. Our mission is to enhance the health and wellbeing of children and families through integrated care services and educational initiatives.</p> <p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">As the Senior Project Officer, your primary role will be to lead the project for the implementation of Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) framework in a system of schools. This MTSS&nbsp; integrates both learning and wellbeing initiatives with a strong emphasis on maximising student achievement and addressing social, emotional, and behavioural needs from a strengths-based perspective. Additionally you will also:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Lead and support change management with the development of project plans</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Maintain schedules, and coordinate resources to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of the MTSS project</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Monitor project progress, budget, and resources while adhering to CSPD project methodology.</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and deploy contingencies in collaboration with project teams and service area leadership.</p></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are looking for a professional with the following experience:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Proven leadership and interpersonal skills/experience in the implementation of wellbeing and mental health initiatives or projects.</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Demonstrates interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure that the MTSS project is effectively implemented in a school environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Strong understanding of child development, bio-psycho-social determinants impacting student learning in various social and emotional contexts, as well as service delivery challenges and family health behaviours.</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Familiarity with social determinants of health and their impact on service delivery, especially in social disadvantage, CALD, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander settings.</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Familiarity with the MTSS Framework is highly desirable</p></li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Skills in&nbsp; Project Management&nbsp;</p></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Why Choose Us?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Joining CSPD means being part of a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and communities.
