<p>The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) Diocese of Armidale serves 24 systemic schools across the New England and North West region of NSW. The CSO supports schools in building a Catholic Professional Learning Community for almost 1,000 employees in teaching and non-teaching roles, and 6,000 students.</p> <p>The position purpose is to build the capacity of Catholic school principals and leadership teams to enable more effective and efficient leadership and management of our Catholic Professional Learning Community. The position takes responsibility for a mix of primary, central and secondary schools.</p> <p>Reporting to the Director of Schools, this is one of 4 <i>School Performance Leaders</i>, each with a portfolio of schools they work closely with; as well as having some ‘whole of system’ responsibilities.</p> <p>Armidale is a major city with a population of nearly 30,000 people, which rests high on the Northern Tablelands.
