<p><b>ABOUT US: </b></p><p>Edmund Rice Education Australia (EREA) Flexible Schools Ltd educates over 2,200 young people in 22 Flexible Learning Schools (12 based in Queensland and 10 other schools across Australia) and serves young people who experience complex educational, social or psychological situations which demand unique responses. As such, 2023 is a time of transition and establishment, with a need for the development of new teams, structures, processes and systems. </p><p><b>ABOUT THE ROLES: </b></p><p>As part of EREA Flexible Schools Ltd’s exciting evolution, a decision has been made to change the way in which we currently operate through the creation of three regions: Qld/NT; NSW/Tas; SA/WA. </p><p>A newly created role of <b>Area Principal - Albert Park Flexible Learning Centre, Inala Flexible Learning Centre, Ipswich Flexible Learning Centre</b> is now open for application. </p><p>The Area Principal is the delegated leader of multiple Flexible Schools, each of which will employ a Head of Campus who oversees the daily operations of the schools. The role is responsible for providing operational leadership and oversight of the relevant schools, and holds delegated responsibility from the Regional Director in the areas of Safeguarding, Learning and Pedagogy, Risk, Compliance and HR.
