<p>FULL-TIME | SALARY RANGE $90,000 - $110,000 P.A. PLUS 11% SUPER | INITIAL 3-YEAR CONTRACT</p><p>Catholic Education in the Northern Territory is a network of schools built on Christian values and on the history and traditions of this land across Australia&#39;s top end. Catholic Education has a network of schools in both urban centres and remote communities. We have 18 Catholic schools in the region - five colleges, seven primary schools, one flexible learning centre and five remote schools.</p><p>The Leader Human Resources is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the HR Administration team, supporting the employee life cycle, EBA interpretations, employee relations and Human Resources System Applications. </p><p><b>The Role </b></p><p>Reporting to the Deputy Director School Services the key responsibilities will include the following: </p><p>• Provide a high level of support to the Catholic Education Office (CEO) and School leaders in the delivery of services of Recruitment and Onboarding including the use of TechnologyOne. </p><p>• Provide leadership and guidance to the Recruitment Officer, Travel and Relocations Officer and Receptionist. </p><p>• Assist with the development, review and implementation of policies, procedures and documents that support HR service delivery for the onboarding of CENT staff. </p><p>• Develop and coordinate HR business instructions for all HR Administrative functions of Travel and Reception and Onboarding and ensure they remain updated. </p><p>• Coordinate learning &amp; development requirements across the Catholic Education Office as required. </p><p>• Assist with monthly HR reporting and analytics. </p><p>• Supported by the Recruitment Officer to implement a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategy and associated plans that are adaptable and flexible to meet key workforce needs, full-time equivalent (FTE) budgetary needs and responsive to market pressures. </p><p>• Contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce resourcing practices, processes, and service level standards by working collaboratively with the broader HR and Safety team on a wide range of workforce planning, mobility, recruitment and retention projects. </p><p><b>Your Background </b></p><p>The successful candidate with have the following qualifications and certificates: </p><p>• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications; or working towards such qualification. </p><p>• A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience. </p><p>• Driver&#39;s license. </p><p>• Current Working with Children Check Ochre Card </p><p>This position involves working with children.
