Lakeside College is a Christian school in the Lutheran tradition and has a reputation for academic and pastoral excellence. The College has recently undergone unprecedented growth and this is the first time the position of Head of Learning and Teaching has been introduced into our leadership framework.<br /></p><p>Candidates will be expected to demonstrate strong Christian values and to have held significant leadership positions. The Head of Learning and Teaching: Secondary will be an innovative educator, who collaborates well with others and enjoys being part of a dynamic and progressive team of educational leaders.<br /></p><p><b>Classification:</b> Lutheran Education Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2018 and the National Employment Standards. </p><p> </p><p>Lakeside College is a Prep to 12 co-educational Christian school in the Lutheran tradition.
