Seeking an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to join Catholic Regional College, Caroline Springs in the newly created role of Director of Curriculum & Pedagogy (POL 4).

<p><b>Director of Curriculum &amp; Pedagogy (POL 4)</b></p><p>Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is a co-educational Catholic school providing education to over 1000 students in Melbourne’s West. The College has undergone an expansion of facilities and enrolments in recent times, with growth expected to continue. As a result, the College has re-structured all Position of Leadership roles to best cater to these growing needs.  <br /></p><p>As part of this restructuring, we are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate teacher to join our College in the newly created role of Director of Curriculum &amp; Pedagogy.<br /></p><p>The Director of Curriculum &amp; Pedagogy is responsible to the Deputy Principal Learning &amp; Teaching for the duties outlined below in accordance with Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs policies and procedures. The role of the Director of Curriculum &amp; Pedagogy consistent with the College Mission Statement is to provide a vision for and leadership in the provision of a quality educational program, consistent with a culture of transformation and innovation.<br /></p><p>The responsibility of the Director of Curriculum &amp; Pedagogy includes strengthening the performance and development culture of the College by promoting an enriching, supportive and motivating environment for staff, which encourages a sharing of skills, knowledge and ideas.
