Administration Assistant: Student Wellbeing and Learning

This role is dedicated to delivering administrative and data support to the Student Wellbeing and Learning team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of its operations.<br><br>
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:</p>
<ul>
<li>managing schedules extensively, including appointments, meeting priorities, pre-meeting materials, action tracking, and guest coordination with all necessary paperwork</li>
<li>delivering a range of administrative services such as filing, mail handling, register maintenance, routine procurement, meeting and event support, photocopying, and document</li>
<li>preparation to ensure the effective functioning of the team</li>
<li>collecting and compiling information to support the development of documentation and reports</li>
<li>responding to enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information</li>
<li>updating records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible</li>
<li>any other duties as directed from time to time.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the smooth and efficient operation of the department. This role requires someone who is experienced and highly organised, with a strong data-driven mindset and a creative approach. <br><br>
To be successful, you will require the following experience, skills and knowledge:</p>
<ul>
<li>a TAFE NSW/College Certificate III/IV or equivalent qualification in administration</li>
<li>demonstrated experience in client service and handling difficult conversations</li>
<li>demonstrated personal initiative and ability to work effectively in a team environment</li>
<li>technology proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and SharePoint</li>
<li>a willingness to respect, support and uphold the mission, ethos and teachings of the Catholic Church and the values of Sydney Catholic Schools.</li>
</ul>
<p>Desirable:</p>
<ul>
<li>prior experience in an administration role</li>
<li>the ability to assist with basic bookkeeping</li>
<li>previous experience in a school environment</li>
<li>technology proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft</li>
<li>a current driver's licence and access to a car</li>
<li>knowledge of Catholic Systemic Schools/Systems.</li>
