<p><strong>About the role</strong><br> Commencing&nbsp;January 2026<br> Permanent Part Time (19.5 hours per week/40 weeks per year)</p> <p>Woodcroft College is seeking an Inclusive Education Support Coordinator&nbsp;to join our Middle/Senior School Inclusive Education team. This&nbsp;role provides a range of services that supports the learning and participation of students with diverse learning needs across our Middle and Senior Schools.</p> <p><strong>All applications must be submitted via our website: </strong><a href="http://www.woodcroft.sa.edu.au/employment" rel="nofollow"><strong>http://www.woodcroft.sa.edu.au/employment</strong></a><strong>&nbsp;</strong><br><strong>Any applications sent via this site may not be considered.</strong></p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sound understanding of, and ability to draft, update, and maintain Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) (One Plans) and Student Adjustment Snapshots in consultation with the Director of Inclusive Education (DoIE) and teaching staff.</li> <li>Collate and update student data across multiple platforms.</li> <li>Provide Administrative assistance to the Director of Inclusive Education.</li> <li>Maintain and distribute Inclusive Education Office timetables.</li> <li>Some work within a class setting with students with additional support needs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in supporting student learning, including students with diverse learning needs and disabilities in a school environment.</li> <li>Sound ability to work with limited supervision and handle high volumes of work, and organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Demonstrated administrative skills, including experience in a wide range of computer programs including assistive technologies to support student learning and Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Positive personal presentation and the ability to promote a positive image for the College.</li> <li>Ability to work as part of a team.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>Please note: This position is only open to applicants with current, unrestricted work rights in Australia.
