The school provides education from ELC to Year 12.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>We have an exciting opportunity for an engaging and suitably qualified&nbsp;<b>HR &amp; Compliance Officer&nbsp;</b>to join our team. This is a school based, on location permanent full-time role.</p> <p>The primary purpose of the role is to provide high quality, accurate, and timely coordination of operational HR, Compliance, Risk, and Policy activities.</p> <p>Additionally, you will be involved in the implementation of new technologies and frameworks including HRIS, delivery of end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, support the coordination of health, safety and wellbeing initiatives, and assist in reporting and documentation of compliance matters.</p> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly developed administrative and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities</li> <li>High level IT skills, and advanced knowledge of Excel and databases</li> <li>Knowledge and practical experience in Risk &amp; Compliance, and HR including activities related to the whole employee lifecycle</li> <li>High level communication skills demonstrated by a rapport with all levels of the organisation</li> <li>Strong organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage and prioritise a number of concurrent tasks whilst meeting prescribed deadlines</li> <li>A high degree of attention to detail<br></li> </ul> <div> Strathcona Girls Grammar School is an organisation committed to Child Protection and to the implementation of Childsafe policies and practices.&nbsp; </div>
