We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Pastoral 2 Point Coordinator to join the College commencing at the start of the 2026 College year.

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>The Pastoral 2 Point Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Pastoral Care and be an active member of the Pastoral Team. The successful candidate will lead a year group and proactively ensure that students’ academic and wellbeing needs are supported within a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate a year group within the College’s pastoral care framework.</li> <li>Support and guide Homeroom teachers in fostering a positive and supportive environment for students.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Director of Pastoral Care and other staff to implement programs that enhance student wellbeing, engagement, and development.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and families.</li> <li>Support the delivery of College pastoral initiatives, assemblies, and events.</li> <li>Model and promote the College’s Catholic values and the Edmund Rice Charism.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><i>The ability to teach Mathematics or Religious Education is an advantage.</i></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Pastoral 2 Point Coordinator position is a promotional role appointed for a period of three (3) years, with the opportunity for a further three (3) years pending review.
