<p>‘<i><strong>Faith, Diversity, Learning</strong>’</i></p><p>A faith filled and diverse community, St Martin de Porres School has been educating students in our local community for 60 years. St Martin de Porres Primary has a roll of 291 students and is situated in the heart of Avondale Heights. The school is seeking a relational leader to join us as Deputy Principal in 2025. Start date: as soon as possible by negotiation. </p><p>Selection Criteria:</p><ul><li>Demonstrate leadership qualities in education and faith by modelling his/her faith and establishing a strong and sound ethos in the school community that fosters parent partnerships</li><li>Ability to articulate and lead the school vision and mission with a strong focus on coaching staff and implementing practices that reflect current pedagogy</li><li>Demonstrate ability to lead school organisation and coordinate whole school approaches</li><li>Model and strengthen strong collegial relationships when leading staff, students and the community to enhance the wellbeing of all.</li></ul>
